Our client seeks a results-oriented Web3 Project Manager (with ZKP Understanding) to join their team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the successful implementation and delivery of Web3 projects that leverage Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) technology, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Web3 project lifecycle, from planning and execution to closure, with a focus on ZKP integration.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and consider the specific needs of ZKP implementations.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, designers) to ensure project goals are met for ZKP-enabled Web3 solutions.
  • Manage risks and issues proactively to mitigate potential challenges related to ZKP integration.
  • Communicate project progress and ZKP considerations effectively to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on the latest Web3 project management methodologies and best practices, including those relevant to ZKP projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technology, its potential applications, and the considerations of ZKP integration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to manage and motivate project teams, including those with ZKP expertise.
  • Agile project management experience is a plus.
